- A 50% service charge will apply for no-show appointments. - A 25% service charge will apply for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. - Appointments must be confirmed within 48 hours; otherwise, they are subject to cancellation at the stylists discretion. A 50% service charge may also apply. - Credit cards on file will be charged according as per the policy. - Kindly refrain from bringing children, pets, or additional guests during appointments. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and may apply a 25% re-booking fee.
